The backup process may sometimes fail to complete due to certain files being left open on your computer or loss of network or internet access.

The BUS backup process will re-try to complete the backup up to four times in the event of any error.  If a backup is only partially completed, then the backup process will pick up from where it left off when it re-tries.  All errors are logged, so you will be advised after the backup (by email alert) that something went wrong.

BUS network administrators monitor all backups every day to ensure that your backups continue to run every day on schedule.
