You can see a range of information regarding your backed up data:

• The date and time of every backup session;
• The files that were added, changed and deleted during that backup session;
•  Any errors that occurred during backup, e.g. if some applications were left running on your PC and files were locked open, or the internet connection dropped out during transmission;
• Your total current backup space usage.

And during the same login session, you can select and download any files retrieved from your backed up data set.
